Your right to cancel (UK customers)

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at arvelle.skin@outlook.com within this period.

Important exception for cosmetics and skincare

Because our products are cosmetics, this right to cancel does not apply once a product's seal has been opened or broken, for hygiene and health protection reasons — this is a standard, legally recognised exception for cosmetic and personal care goods. Unopened, unsealed products can still be cancelled within the 14-day period.

How unopened cancellations are handled

If you cancel an unopened order within 14 days, we'll process your refund directly — in most cases, you won't need to return the physical product to us. We'll confirm the exact process when you contact us, based on your order.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at arvelle.skin@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, and you'll be offered a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

How to request a return or cancellation

Email arvelle.skin@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Because products are made to order

Our products are made to order through our fulfilment partner. Order cancellations must be requested as early as possible — once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or amend the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
