Arvelle ("we", "us", "our") operates arvelleskin.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

Information we collect

When you browse or purchase from us, we may collect: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, order history, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store your full card details). We also automatically collect browsing data via cookies and similar technologies, including through Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which help us understand site usage and measure the performance of our advertising.

How we use your information

We use your data to: process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order, provide customer support, improve our website and products, and, where you've consented, send you marketing communications. We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API data to measure advertising performance and show you more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram; you can control ad personalisation through your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

Who we share your data with

We share necessary data with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and payment processor), Selfnamed (our fulfilment partner, who manufactures and ships your order), and Meta (for advertising measurement, via Pixel/Conversions API). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers

Because our fulfilment partner may process and ship orders from outside the UK, your data may be transferred internationally. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your rights
