MADE TO ORDER Arvelle products are made to order and fulfilled through regional warehouses in the United States and Europe. Your order is processed and shipped from whichever facility is best placed to fulfil it. Delivery time is made up of two parts: fulfilment time (how long it takes to prepare your order) plus shipping time.
FULFILMENT TIME For a typical order of 1–20 products, fulfilment takes 2 full working days before it ships. (Larger bulk orders take longer — contact us at arvelle.skin@outlook.com if you're placing a large order.)
SHIPPING TIMES BY DESTINATION United Kingdom: Standard shipping usually arrives within 4–7 working days. Express shipping is available with 1 working day delivery. France: Standard shipping typically arrives within 6 working days. Germany: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 working days. Netherlands: Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 working days. Other destinations (including the US and rest of EU): Standard shipping is generally between 2–5 working days once your order has shipped, though this can vary by location. All times above are in addition to the 2-day fulfilment period, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
DELAYS While we aim to meet the estimated timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, customs processing, or courier issues. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
