Products

We aim to display our products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Colours and textures may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display differences. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Skincare disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. We recommend patch-testing any new product before full use. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the ingredients list on the product page before purchasing. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock issues). Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

Made-to-order production

Our products are made to order through our fulfilment partner, Selfnamed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for details on production times, delivery, and your cancellation rights.
